Redemption Process

Step 1: Log in to your Luminox account. If you do not have an account, create one first.

Step 2: Click “Redeem Rewards”. On desktop, this is located on the right side of the page; on mobile, it is located at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Click “Get Rewards”.

Step 4: Select the reward item(s) you wish to redeem.

Terms & Conditions

This offer is valid only for purchases made from authorised retailers in Singapore and Malaysia. Redemption is limited to addresses in Singapore and Malaysia only.

Please allow 9–12 working days for redeemed rewards to be mailed. Items are sent via local mail services only. Registered mail and courier services are not available, and no tracking will be provided. Luminox and Crystal Time (S) Pte Ltd are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Once a reward has been selected, redeemed reward points cannot be refunded or returned. Reward points do not expire. Luminox and Crystal Time (S) Pte Ltd reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
