Rewards & Redemptions

Earn Luminox Rewards points through qualifying purchases and selected activities.

PURCHASES

• For purchases made through the Luminox E-Store, reward points will be credited to your account automatically.
• For purchases made outside the Luminox E-Store, please register your purchase via Register Rewards within 7 days of the purchase date. Purchases must be made from authorized Luminox retailers in Singapore or Malaysia to qualify for reward points.

ACTIVITIES

• To view the available activities, click the “Redeem Rewards Here” tab on the right side of the page for desktop users or at the bottom of the page for mobile users, then select “Earn Points”.

Step 1: Log in to your Luminox account. If you do not have an account, create one first.

Step 2: Click “Redeem Rewards Here”. On desktop, you can find this tab on the right side of the page. On mobile, it is located at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Click “Get Rewards” to view the available rewards.

Step 4: Select the reward item(s) you wish to redeem and complete the redemption.

Redeemed rewards will be mailed to the shipping address registered in your Luminox account. Please allow 9–12 working days for delivery.

Rewards are sent via local mail services only. Registered mail and courier services are not available, and tracking is not provided.

Luminox and Crystal Time (S) Pte Ltd are not responsible for any rewards lost in the mail.

This programme is valid only for qualifying purchases made from authorised Luminox retailers in Singapore and Malaysia. Rewards can only be redeemed for delivery to addresses in Singapore and Malaysia.

Once a reward has been selected and redeemed, the reward points cannot be refunded or returned. Redeemed rewards cannot be returned or exchanged.
