Celebrating 30 years of Luminox - Luminox Sport Timer 0900 Series – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition

To celebrate this anniversary, Luminox has created an incredible timepiece that reimagines one of its pioneer watches, the Luminox Sport Timer 1540 Series from 1990. The Sport Timer 30th Anniversary (0901.30TH.SET) is limited to 730 units, with it having a vintage, yet modern design by using today’s latest technology.
“730” may seem like an odd limited-edition number; however there is a reason behind it. The “7” refers to the month of July, in which Luminox Company was formed, in the USA, and “30” refers to Luminox’s 30 years of success.
With a water-resistant of 20ATM, this Ronda Quartz movement-powered timepiece has a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, topped by a unidirectional ceramic bezel. This 42mm stainless steel timepiece uses a screw down crown and caseback. It comes on a metal band, along with an additional nato strap, making it suitable for just about every occasion. The Luminox star, inspired by a sherrif’s badge, and the years “1989 – 2019” are engraved on the case back, with the legend “Invented in the USA. Swiss Made” emblazoned on it.
Based on the design of the original Luminox Sport Timer 1540 Series, this Sport Timer 30th Anniversary – Limited Edition (0900 Series) uses Luminox’s proprietary luminous technology (LLT) to ensure that the watch is Always Visible.
