What is Atome?

Buy now, pay later

Atome is an alternative payment option available at the Luminox E-store and has partnered over 2,000 leading online and offline retailers to provide short-term payment plans that allow individuals like you to make a purchase and pay for it at a later time with no interest or service fees.

We want you to shop without worries and receive your purchase straight away! Just pay for it in 3 equal interest-free instalments, due monthly. You’ll pay the first payment at the point of purchase, while the next two payments will be spread 30 days apart.

Who can use Atome?

Atome is available as a payment option if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Use a Singapore credit or debit card to make the purchase
  • Have a valid and verifiable phone number
  • Downloaded and registered an account with the Atome app

How to use Atome?

  • Add your watches to cart and checkout as normal
  • Log in to your Luminox account if you have one. If not, fill in your particulars and shipping details.
  • At the payment page, select Atome as your payment method and you will be redirected to the Atome website
  • Register or log in to to your Atome account. If you do not have an Atome account, set up an account.
  • Enter or verify your payment details, then confirm your order
  • After the checkout is done, your orders will be prepared and shipped out within 3-5 working days. 

FAQ on Atome:

What will Atome cost me?

You will only pay for the amount you purchase (spilt into 3 equal payments), as there is no interest / service fee added. Payments are automatically deducted from credit/debit card registered. Atome will inform you via in-app notification and SMS prior to dedication.

How do I check my bills?

Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in Atome app. You’ll also be informed when your payment cycle is complete.

Can my repayment date be pushed back?

Not under normal circumstances but if you are facing technical difficulties or other challenges preventing you from paying on time, please get in touch with Atome as soon as possible. Please refer to Atome Terms and Conditions in your login or App.

Can I make a refund?

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you missed a scheduled payment, Atome will charge you an administration fee and freeze your account until the outstanding amounts are paid. To reactivate your account, Atome will charge a $20 fee. If this reactivation fee and payment is not paid within seven days, an additional $10 fee will be charged. In Singapore, the maximum administrative fee is capped at S$60 per transaction.
